Welcome to artinspire.xyz (the “Platform”), a creative community and digital gallery operated by artinspire.xyz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, tools, and content available at artinspire.xyz, including any subdomains, mobile versions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, browsing, uploading content, or interacting with the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
